Senior Consultant Diane Bradford Marchand, an executive coach and organizational consultant, has more than 25 years of senior level management experience in service and manufacturing companies. Diane's career includes leadership positions in many functional areas of human resources as well as nine years as an executive director of a large human resources department. Her expertise in the areas of leadership development, employee relations, organizational change and executive coaching enables her to provide a broad perspective and participative solutions to leadership challenges.

Today Diane specializes in assisting companies with people-related issues. This includes working with executives and managers to strengthen leadership and communication through coaching and practical, behavior-based problem solving.

Diane has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University.
