Dana Leonard-Cialdella, Founder and Principal of OSR,is uniquely qualified to help organizations and leaders create success. She has an extensive history of achievement as a corporate executive, as an in-house head of organizational development, and as an executive coach. As a manager and executive for 15 years, she consistently led her teams to outstanding performance and worked with her colleagues to strengthen their leadership skills and to add new tools for further success.

Dana has held senior management and executive positions internally, as well as consulting in private practice with various organizations, including The Boeing Company, John Laing Homes, Baxter Healthcare, Lucent Technologies, Raytheon, McDonnell Douglas Corporation, SCAN Health Plan, Creative Channel Services, Kythera Biopharmaceuticals, savings.com, First Place 4 Health, and ACL Technologies.

Dana holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles. She did her undergraduate work in Psychology at Pepperdine University. Dana also holds a Certificate in Advanced Organizational Development from DePaul University. As a Senior Birkman Consultant, she uses the The Birkman Method extensively with both individuals and teams. Dana is also certified in the use of the MBTI, FIRO-B, and DiSC, as well as 360° assessment tools.
